Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound/outbound customer calls with empathy and professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and account inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately and maintain detailed call logs
- Meet/exceed KPIs: CSAT scores, AHT, and first-contact resolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for complex issue escalation
- Adhere to compliance protocols (PCI, HIPAA, TCPA)
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions and training modules
Qualifications
- 1+ years call center or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Type 35+ WPM with strong computer literacy
- Quiet, dedicated home office with reliable internet
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Sat/Sun) + holidays
- Previous remote work experience highly valued
