Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve billing, technical, and account-related issues efficiently
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Meet performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and conversion targets
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and processes
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Excellent verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
