Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately document customer interactions and transaction details in the CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve overall call center performance.
- Upsell products and services to existing clients where appropriate.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service role is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong computer proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
