Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer service calls with a professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented tone.
- Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues, and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately using our CRM software.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the internal database.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to call quality standards and performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, etc.).
- Maintain a distraction-free home office environment to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment is strongly preferred.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated computer are mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to speak clearly over the phone.
- Strong active listening skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in navigating web browsers and using computer applications.
