Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer service calls regarding product inquiries, billing, and technical support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions into our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to resolve complex escalations.
- Adhere to all company policies, scripts, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Must have a dedicated workspace with a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and willing to undergo a background check.
