Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution.
- Provide accurate product information and explain technical details in simple terms.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues using patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately within our CRM system.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the required database.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a strong plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free home workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer systems efficiently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
