Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word) and CRM software.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
