Responsibilities
- Handle High-Volume Inbound/Outbound Calls: Engage with customers professionally to resolve issues and provide accurate product information.
- Customer Relationship Management: Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) to log interactions and update customer profiles accurately.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose complex customer issues and provide accurate solutions or escalate to senior management when necessary.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies to provide expert guidance.
- Quality Assurance: Meet and exceed daily call metrics, average handling time (AHT), and quality assurance standards.
- Adherence to Policy: Strictly follow company scripts, compliance regulations, and operational procedures.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and report trends to the management team.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED: Minimum educational requirement.
- Professional Communication Skills: Clear, articulate, and empathetic phone manner with a strong command of the English language.
- Technical Proficiency: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and basic computer skills (typing speed 40+ WPM).
- US Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Remote Work Experience: Previous experience in a remote or call center environment is highly preferred.
- Time Management: Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a virtual setting.
