Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on empathy and problem resolution.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior support agents.
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude during high-pressure situations to ensure a high Net Promoter Score (NPS).
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; college degree is a plus.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required (we provide full training).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and confidently.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing and navigating web browsers.
