Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls during weekend shifts.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Adhere to call scripts, compliance policies, and quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35-40 WPM with 99% accuracy.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
