Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries, process orders, and troubleshoot issues promptly.
- Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a friendly and professional tone.
- Accurately document customer interactions, account details, and feedback into the CRM system.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a high standard of quality assurance by adhering to company chat protocols and scripts.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM) and proficiency with computer applications.
