Responsibilities
- Monitor and Respond: Interact with customers via live chat platforms to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely manner.
- Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer concerns, escalate complex issues to the appropriate department, and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or services that meet customer needs.
- Policy Adherence: Maintain a deep understanding of company policies and procedures to ensure compliance in every interaction.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate trends or issues to the management team to help improve products and services.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support, chat support, or email support is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and multitasking on multiple browser tabs.
- Location: Must reside within the United States (specifically Chicago, IL area for team cohesion).
- Reliability: Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace free from distractions.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
