- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services with 95%+ resolution rate
- Maintain detailed documentation of interactions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Meet/exceed average response time targets of <60 seconds
- Identify upsell opportunities through consultative support
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer support experience in digital channels
- Minimum 70 WPM typing accuracy
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Intercom/Salesforce
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- New York residency required (time zone alignment)
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
