Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support across multiple platforms
- Resolve technical inquiries with 95%+ first-contact resolution
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with Tier-2 teams for complex escalations
- Proactively upsell solutions during customer interactions
- Meet SLA targets for response time and CSAT scores
- Participate in weekly skill-development workshops
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proven chat support proficiency (40+ WPM typing)
- Strong troubleshooting abilities across digital platforms
- Available for night shift (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Residency in Dallas, TX or Florida required
- Proficient with Zendesk/Gorgias support tools
- Spanish bilingual skills highly preferred
