- Meet performance metrics including response time and resolution rate
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience, chat support preferred
- Minimum 60 WPM typing speed with 95% accuracy
- Exceptional written communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM CST)
- Proficiency with CRM software and multitasking tools
