As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients via live chat. Your role is to ensure a seamless experience by answering inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with a focus on speed, accuracy, and a friendly tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints using a problem-solving approach.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues for resolution.
- Adhere to company guidelines, scripts, and quality assurance standards.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and service updates.
- Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously without compromising quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments.
- Excellent typing speed (50+ WPM) and strong grammar skills.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Availability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a full-time basis.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
