Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat-based technical support to customers across Seattle and California regions
- Resolve software, hardware, and connectivity issues with precision and empathy
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining SLA compliance
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to escalate complex technical challenges
- Identify product improvement opportunities through customer feedback analysis
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score with personalized solutions
- Adhere to data security protocols for sensitive customer information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience in chat/voice channels
- Proficient in multitasking across 3-5 concurrent chat conversations
- Strong typing skills (60+ WPM) with excellent written communication
- Technical aptitude for troubleshooting Windows/macOS, mobile OS, and network issues
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM PT)
- Experience with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar support platforms
- Must reside in Seattle, WA or California
