Responsibilities
- Respond to Customer Inquiries: Professionally and promptly answer live chat messages from customers via our online platform.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot basic technical issues and answer product-related questions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain Tone: Interact with customers using a friendly, empathetic, and professional tone in every conversation.
- Document Interactions: Accurately log customer interactions and solutions in the internal CRM system.
- Escalate Complex Cases: Recognize when a situation requires a supervisor and escalate it appropriately.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new product features, company policies, and chat scripts.
Qualifications
- Communication Skills: Excellent written English skills with the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Internet Connection: A high-speed, stable internet connection (Minimum 10 Mbps) and a home office setup.
- Availability: Must be available to work during peak hours, including evenings and weekends (rotational shifts).
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (Jacksonville, FL or North Carolina preferred).
- Reliability: A dedicated workspace and the ability to pass a background check.
