Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers via live chat and email to resolve inquiries and complaints.
- Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and product information in a professional and timely manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM systems.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during high-volume chat sessions.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve response times and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong typing skills and the ability to type 40+ WPM.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, spelling, and tone.
- Ability to multitask and switch between multiple chat windows efficiently.
- Problem-solving mindset and patience when dealing with difficult situations.
