Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Engage with customers via live chat to answer questions regarding products, services, and account information.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot problems and provide accurate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Documentation: Accurately document all customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system for future reference.
- Upselling: Identify opportunities to suggest additional products or services that meet the customer's needs.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other support staff to ensure consistency in service delivery.
- Adherence: Follow company scripts and quality guidelines while maintaining a natural, conversational tone.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, technical support, or chat support.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in typing (minimum 45 wpm) and comfortable navigating multiple software applications and browser tabs simultaneously.
- Internet: Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on grammar, tone, and clarity.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
