Responsibilities
- Deliver real-time chat support for high-profile tech clients via web and mobile platforms
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing issues, and product usage questions with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 95%+ customer satisfaction scores
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve support workflows
- Maintain product knowledge through continuous training modules and internal wikis
- Monitor chat queues with <20-second response time targets during peak hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer support experience, preferably in chat-based environments
- Exceptional written communication skills with 60+ WPM typing accuracy
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zendesk, Salesforce) and chat platforms (Intercom, Drift)
- High-speed home internet connection with quiet, dedicated workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays (Pacific Time)
- Associate degree or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Experience with SaaS products or tech support highly valued
