What You'll Do:
As a Chat Support Agent, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their inquiries are resolved quickly and professionally. You will utilize our CRM tools to manage customer interactions and maintain high satisfaction scores.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming chat inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Resolve customer issues and questions accurately using technical knowledge and troubleshooting guides.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the senior support team when necessary.
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and friendly tone in all written communications.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback in the internal database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product features based on user feedback.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Proven typing speed of 45+ WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and spelling.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating or fixed schedule.
- Proficient in using web-based software and CRM systems.
