- Document all interactions and resolutions within our CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management or technical teams when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve overall support metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support is highly desired.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts, including weekends and holidays.
