Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for Boston-based clients with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding billing, services, and account management
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining data privacy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues affecting Boston residents
- Meet performance metrics including call quality and resolution times

Qualifications
