Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat channels
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues with first-contact resolution
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex account needs
- Meet/exceed KPIs: CSAT scores, resolution rates, and handle times
- Participate in monthly training sessions to refine product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for service efficiency
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication with neutral accent
- Self-motivated with demonstrated time management abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Residency in NY or FL state with reliable internet connection
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 8 PM ET)
