Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Receive and resolve incoming customer calls and emails regarding products, services, and account inquiries.
- Problem Resolution: Diagnose customer issues and provide accurate, timely solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- CRM Entry: Log all customer interactions, feedback, and updates into the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately.
- Process Adherence: Follow all call scripts, policies, and procedures to maintain brand consistency and compliance.
- Upselling Opportunities: Identify opportunities to recommend additional services or products to meet client needs.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to management to help improve our service offerings.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous customer service or call center experience preferred; entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; basic typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer navigation.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, friendly tone.
