- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism
- Resolve product/service inquiries using CRM tools and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and update customer records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (CSAT, AHT, FCR)
- Identify upsell opportunities through needs-based conversations
- Participate in ongoing training for product/process updates
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/office settings
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work independently in a home office environment
- High-speed internet and quiet workspace required
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM)
- Flexible schedule availability (including evenings/weekends)
- Nebraska residency preferred for local compliance
