- Resolve billing, technical, and product-related issues using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet daily KPIs including average handle time and first-contact resolution
- Participate in weekly virtual training sessions and performance reviews
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for customer experience
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 0-2 years customer service experience (internships welcome)
- Typing speed of 35+ WPM with strong written communication skills
- Reliable home office setup with high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly
