Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency

Qualifications

- Exceptional verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills

- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Strong typing skills (45+ WPM) with attention to detail
