Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with 95%+ satisfaction ratings
- Resolve technical and billing issues using CRM tools and knowledge base resources
- Document interactions and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce
- Collaborate with Tier 2 support teams for complex issue escalation
- Meet/exceed KPIs including average handle time (AHT) and first contact resolution (FCR)
- Participate in quarterly product training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or call-center environments
- Proficiency with Zendesk/Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with neutral accent
- High-speed internet (25+ Mbps) and dedicated home office space
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Problem-solving aptitude with strong attention to detail
- Valid US work authorization and reliable transportation for occasional in-person meetings
