Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone and digital channels
- Resolve billing, technical, and account issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems while maintaining accuracy
- Meet performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR) through continuous improvement
- Collaborate with team leads to escalate complex cases
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Adhere to compliance protocols and data security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple software systems simultaneously
