Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous tone.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, account status changes, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and meet departmental KPIs.
- Conduct product training and onboarding for new team members.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace free of distractions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
