What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, your primary focus will be on resolving inquiries, building relationships, and maintaining high standards of service excellence.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve complex issues and escalations while maintaining a high customer satisfaction score (CSAT).
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information into the CRM system.
- Provide product information, troubleshooting assistance, and training to new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve backend issues affecting customer service.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
- Adhere to all company policies, compliance standards, and quality assurance guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
