Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and suggest process improvements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing customers.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory (we provide paid training).
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
