Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex issues and account questions efficiently to ensure high customer satisfaction scores.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/Zendesk) to document interactions and update customer profiles accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve technical or billing issues.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and service processes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of company products and policies to provide accurate, up-to-date information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and software applications simultaneously.
