Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls to resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account status.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system accurately.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department for resolution.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase customer value.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while adhering to call scripts and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service metrics and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must reside within the United States (Charlotte, NC or PA preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office space.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite, email, web browsers).
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with high accuracy.
