Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team and sales department to escalate complex issues and provide feedback.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
