Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve billing, technical, and product issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for CSAT, FCR, and AHT
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through feedback and suggestions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in remote or office environments
- Proficient in multitasking with excellent time management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence
- Comfortable with technology and quick software adoption
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends as needed
