Responsibilities
- Handle 50-70 inbound/outbound calls daily with exceptional customer service
- Resolve billing inquiries, technical support, and account management issues
- Document interactions in CRM system with 100% accuracy
- Meet/exceed KPIs: 85% CSAT, 30+ AHT, <5% abandonment rate
- Participate in bi-weekly coaching sessions and skill development
- Adhere to HIPAA/FCC compliance protocols for sensitive data
- Collaborate with virtual team members using internal chat systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in Windows OS and CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable high-speed internet (20+ Mbps) and quiet home office
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must pass background check and drug screening
