Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming customer communications via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a calm, empathetic demeanor.
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify and escalate technical issues to the specialized engineering team when necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate, consistent information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve overall customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Participate in daily training sessions and team stand-ups to enhance product and process understanding.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, technical support, or call center operations is highly desirable.
- Must have a stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps upload/download speed).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate multiple windows simultaneously.
- Must be a US citizen or legal resident authorized to work in the United States.
