Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats for Miami-based clients
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products/services with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution time)
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to revenue growth

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote/hybrid settings
