Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Follow scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure complex issues are resolved.
- Maintain a high-quality home office environment to minimize background noise.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience (preferred for higher pay tier).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
