Responsibilities

- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to enhance customer value.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve complex escalations and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Email, Web Browsers).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
