Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information.
- Adhere to all call center scripts, policies, and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant speaking voice.
- Ability to type at least 35-40 WPM.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
