Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for clients in San Jose, CA
- Resolve technical inquiries, billing questions, and service issues with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
