Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

- Manage and update customer accounts and records in our internal database accurately.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds according to established company policies.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to escalate issues when necessary.
- Provide product training and guidance to customers regarding our services.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
