Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues via phone, email, and live chat efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to meet those needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or call center environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Must reside within the Tampa, Florida area.
