Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution.
- Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to senior management when necessary.
- Accurately process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests within established timeframes.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in our CRM database.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional customer service experience in a remote or call center environment.
