Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve billing, technical, and service issues using CRM systems and knowledge bases
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues efficiently
- Meet/exceed key performance metrics including CSAT, FCR, and AHT
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Support weekend shift operations (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling options
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or contact center environments
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce)
- Excellent verbal/written communication and active listening abilities
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently using diagnostic tools
- Weekend availability and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Residency in Seattle, WA or Texas required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates highly desirable
