Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and professionally.
- Process orders, account updates, and returns accurately using our CRM software.
- Act as a brand ambassador, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor at all times.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our digital system.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and scripts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is highly preferred.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
